The muffle furnaces of the HAT series are used for testing at high temperatures, generally to carbonize organic substances.
The temperature range depends on the volume of the equipment, if this is: 2,6 / 4,5 / 5 / 8 / 20, it will be from environmental temperature up to 1100 °C, and if the volume of the equipment is: 11 /34 / 51 / 75 / 110 / 150 / 500, 1000 and 2000 Litres, the temperature will reach up to 1300°C.
The furnaces are used in construction and related industries.

Exterior: It is made of non-deformable stainless steel with anti-corrosion treatment
- Access door: Completely sealed and airtight to avoid heat dissipation as much as possible.The safety system according to CE regulations, automatic disconnection of the equipment in case of opening the door during the test.
Internal: Built with very low-density refractory bricks, prepared to insulate the heating elements.
Insulation: It is placed over the entire surface of the heating chamber, the thickness varies between 100 and 125 mm. This insulation allows reducing at minimum heat losses.
