Double environment chamber

Dual environmental calorimètric chambers are made from two climatic chambers with different environmental conditions which are used to test different materials of construction. 

They are used to study and measure the energy efficiency, insulation and heat transmission coefficient of thermal insulation. For example, on walls, doors, windows, etc.

Design and fabrication of two climatic chambers for testing samples of different construction materials. The movement of the mobile camera is managed manually and its closure it's done by pneumatic cylinders.

Exterior: white lacquered aluminium sheet.

  • Access door: Double weatherstrip with flexible silicone gasket.
  • Base: Height-adjustable feet prefabricated in steel profile type HB

Interior:  made of AISI 304 stainless steel

  • Interior illumination: LED strip.
  • Access holes: shall be installed for electrical and mechanical connections between the chambers and the measuring elements

The touch screen PC has the PROCAM-WIN installed. It is easy and intuitive software which performs programming tasks, acquisition, records, control and analysis of the results.
