Vertical frost and defrost chamber

The frost–defrost cycle chambers are designed to perform frost resistance tests and simulate automated freeze-thaw cycles according to international standards.
Its temperature range is -30 ºC up to +50ºC and its volume is 125 litres. They are mainly used in the construction sector, such as manufacturers of tile, slate, marble, brick, etc.
In Ineltec we design and manufacture customized equipment according to specifications, modifying or extending standard features. The frost-defrost chambers can be horizontal or vertical.

- Viewing windows: A multi-glass peephole is located in the door to view the interior of the chamber.

Interior: It is made of stainless steel and the exterior, of white lacquered aluminium sheet.
- Sample holder: Sample holder element inside to hold 9 prismatic specimens.
Insulation: Through semi-rigid rock wool panels in accordance with EN 12667. Coefficient of thermal conductivity: 0.017 Kcal/m² h °C

Approximately, as it depends on the temperature range, the outer dimension may be larger.
The touch screen PC has the PROCAM-WIN installed. It is easy and intuitive software which performs programming tasks, acquisition, records, control and analysis of the results.
