Stability modular chambers

Modular climatic or thermal stability chambers are used for stability and/or photostability tests according to ICH and FDA standards.
It is constructed from removable panels so that the construction is fully adaptable to the customer's needs. Its temperature range could be from 0ºC to + 60 ºC, is manufactured from 2.000 Litres and can have more than one compartment (according to demand).
The ICH and FDA modular chambers are majority used in the sectors related to pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, veterinary, cultivation, biotechnology, etc.

Modular structure assembled with thermo-injected polyurethane sandwich panels, highly resistant and removable, allowing for future relocation or extension.
Exterior: Hermetically sealed isothermal hinged door and observation window. Lock with keys and emergency opening from the inside
- Access door: Flexible silicone gasket, size according to chamber volume
- Mobility: 04 swivel castors with 2 braking devices or 4 height adjustable legs.
Interior: Made of injected polyurethane sandwich panels.
- Access holes: 1 wall bushing Ø 50mm for each compartment (Others on request).
- Racking: Shelf modules, with height-adjustable and easily removable perforated trays. They allow air circulation between the samples
- Illumination: By fluorescent lamps. Switch located on the outside of the chamber.
Insulation: Polyurethane rigid foam
The touch screen PC has the PROCAM-WIN installed. It is easy and intuitive software which performs programming tasks, acquisition, records, control and analysis of the results.
