Tightness to the dust

The dust tightness chambers of the CEP series perform tests to check the degree of dust protection of a sample normally watertight parts that will remain outdoors.
The equipment volume could be 500,1000,2000 and 5000 Liters, for other sizes please consult us. Dust-tight chambers are mainly used in electronics, construction, military, lighting, automotive and other sectors.

Exterior: Made of white lacquered aluminium sheeting.
- Access door: Double weatherstrip with flexible silicone seal, sized according to chamber volume
- Observation window: A window is located in the door to view the test being conducted.
- Mobility: The machine has 4 multidirectional wheels with a braking device.
- Vacuum system: A vacuum line with a manual regulator to for tests where the normal operating cycle involves reductions in internal pressure in relation to ambient atmospheric pressure.
Interior: made of stainless steel
- The lower part of the tank is hopper-shaped to facilitate the return of the powder.
- It has accessories to carry out the different standards.
